- Taking the time to educate the clients on possible electrical hazards and ensuring that the home is up to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code at each and every service call
- Protecting the client’s interest at all times. Our employees are background checked and are thoroughly interviewed and trained. We also protect the clients home from damage by wearing floor savers and using carpets for under tool bags and ladders
- Promote Defender’s Image – we are proud of our technicians! They are highly trained, well groomed and they will not smoke or use bad language on client’s property.
