We employ expertly skilled technicians who are continually trained to ensure that you as the client is offered the best service experience. After service is completed, we will ask you about your experience and our lines are always open to answer any questions or concerns.
Defender has a Master Electrician's license with the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) which is required by law for all electrical contractors working legally in Ontario. This means that there is a qualified Master Electrician on staff, we carry liability insurance and all of our work is done to code and verified through inspections by the ESA. Defender is also active in local associations, including the Better Business Bureau and the Ontario Electrical League
